About the Foundation

Mission first. Structure second.

Optimise Health Foundation exists to optimise the health of individuals, organisations and communities. Our charitable structure is the vehicle. The mission is the point.

Who we are

A Health Promotion Charity built around prevention.

The Foundation brings medical expertise, metabolic health literacy, objective measurement, performance coaching, digital support and organisational systems together so prevention can move from an idea to a practical operating model.

Our principal charitable activity is the prevention or control of chronic metabolic disease through evidence-based lifestyle modification, education, structured programs and sustained follow-through.

Why we can deliver

We know the terrain.

The model was shaped at the intersection of medicine and frontline operational experience. We understand the physiology, the workplace, the culture and the practical barriers that stop good ideas becoming durable behaviour.

Medicine meets the frontline.

The Foundation's model comes from two complementary perspectives: understanding the body, and understanding the environments in which people are expected to perform.

GP-led program design, ACNC registration, Health Promotion Charity status and Item 1 DGR endorsement underpin the Foundation.

Governance & legal

Clear enough for due diligence.

Giving and sponsorship are different. Eligible gifts may be tax-deductible under DGR rules. Commercial services, sponsorship and benefits-in-return arrangements are not automatically deductible as charitable gifts.

Be part of it

Help us prove the model at scale.

Our current founding mission is to raise $640,000 to deliver forty 10-Day Health Enhancement Programs for around 1,200 people.
